Tilt Table Torture

This is always done at the end of my workouts. The table is now set at 70 degree tilt (used to be 60), I start with a 6 lb ball 15 reps in each direction then a 4 lb ball 15 reps with my arms as straight as possible. Great for back and glutes, but sometimes it brings tears to my eyes!
