Stance Control Braces
These braces make it easier to walk. Just getting used to the left leg first, then getting the right leg adjusted. They use a pendulum know the position of my leg and will lock my knee or let me bend it at the correct time.

Tilt Table Torture
This is always done at the end of my workouts. The table is now set at 70 degree tilt (used to be 60), I start with a 6 lb ball 15 reps in each direction then a 4 lb ball 15 reps with my arms as straight as possible. Great for back and glutes, but sometimes it brings tears to my eyes!

Sit to Stand and try a Step
I've gotten to the point that I can stand up about every 2nd or 3rd try, so Jim wanted me to try and take a step after I stood. The steps are not much but its a start.

Stress Relief and Balance Training
Good for taking out frustrations and balance training all in one. As long as I keep punching I can stand on my own. Doing 3 Rounds at 2 minutes each.
