This sure would be a lot easier in the snow. But it helps to strengthen my lower back and glutes. The video shows me pulling 160 lbs. but I eventually topped out at 180 lbs.
On July 26,2007 I took a 20 ft fall while rock climbing. I broke my back and suffered a L1 spinal cord injury. This site is for family and friends to help keep track of my recovery and inspire others who view my progress not to give up hope.
