WOW!!!......10,000 Steps in a Day

July 19, 2009.........I didn't think this would happen only about 2 weeks after hitting 5,000. This was a major goal after I got my pedometer in December. Wayne and I talked about a plan to do it and made it happen. Special thanks to my trainers Lisa and Jim. The ultimate goal is still out there but its getting closer!

Barbell Squats

Working those glutes. Three sets of 10 at 35lbs and working towards more!

Tilt Table

It might look easy but there is a 20 lb weight at the end of that cable. This is good for my glutes and lower back. It is a total core workout!

5,000 Steps


July 2, 2009 : My pedometer is proof of a milestone accomplished, 5,000 steps in one day. Next goal 10,000!!!
